Details of the bibi hat with veil
This Bibi hat is made of 16 cm long of wool felt and is available in several colours. It is nicely decorated with a grosgrain or velvet ribbon and a speckled veil. The colour of the hair (light or dark) is necessary to adapt the colour of the elastic, the ties and the small comb to hold the hat. It is a thin veil that is placed in front of the face. The fascinator: its history
First, the fascinator is a small feminine hat without a brim. This lady’s hat is placed in the front of the face. Often just above the eyes and more on one side than the other to give it a little naughty look. The fascinator is therefore usually decorated with ribbon, feathers, flowers and a veil. Smaller than a hat, it is held by a comb, an elastic or clips to be hidden in the hair. The fascinator is the ideal hat for a wedding or a ceremony.

Tailor made service
Maison Fabienne Delvigne likes to adapt to all the desires of its customers from all over the world. In order to offer them a very tailor-made and personalised service, requests and appointments can be made in our boudoir atelier located in Brussels, but also by Teams, Zoom and Whatsapp.
Packaging
First, Maison Fabienne Delvigne carefully wraps the hats in tissue paper. Then places them in a black hat box designed by Fabienne Delvigne. These boxes are tailor made by Maison Fabienne Delvigne. Then, we place a certificate of authenticity next to the hat. Finally, we delicately perfume the hat with Guerlain’s “Eau de Cashmere”. A reminiscence of the beautiful collaboration between our two Maisons.
