For the Belgian National Day, Her Majesty the Queen Mathilde of Belgium is wearing a creation of the House Fabienne Delvigne.

This hat called « Mystery » is a model from the Couture collection. It is made of natural fibers dyed in red and trimmed with a long leaf of banana fibers.
