Maison Fabienne Delvigne: its history

 Maison Fabienne Delvigne was created in 1987 by its designer when nothing predestined her for this profession. After studying marketing, she decided to leave her executive job to become a worker in one of the last hat workshops in Brussels.

It should be pointed out that she soon became a self-made woman. Surrounded by her mentors, the “hat mums”, she learnt this almost extinct craft.

This craft, which had become moribund, was given back its letters of nobleness. Moreover, her creations are noticed at weddings and elegant receptions.  

The designer has not yet been able to think of a shop, and customers flock to her house to buy a pretty hat, whether it be an elegant wide brim hat, a straw cap, a fedora, etc. The choice is vast and so attractive.

What’s more, the customers quickly understand that Fabienne likes to make them feel different. She invites everyone to reveal themselves and to step out of a homogeneous framework. An adventure in which she leads us to meet the Superb and the Magnificent that lie sleeping in us. 

In 2001, she joined the suppliers of the Royal Court of Belgium before gaining the confidence of the Royal Family of the Netherlands, the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and Sweden. 

Packaging of the hat

First , Maison Fabienne Delvigne carefully wraps the hats in tissue paper, and then places them in a black hat box designed by Fabienne Delvigne. These boxes are made to measure for the House. Then we place a certificate of authenticity next to the hat.
